i reinstalled b/c my IE keeps crashing and display the same message as well. same thing happens when i use divx, so i figured why not reinstall the whole thing. its running fine now.

well since you had those issues then yea a reformat isnt a bad idea, but for just FFXI remember what i told ya to do =D
