FFXI's 5th Anniversary begun today. And this is the reward. All you have to do is talk to the moogle in any of the home nations. The ring is not rechargeable as far as I know.

Yeah thats a hot as hell xp bonus +100% for 3k xp. 10 charges and I hear it isn't rechargeable. Still worth getting for just talking to a moogle once. I will probably get one before the end of the month if I ever log in game by then. If not then I will never get one lol. No big deal.

yea 30k xp bonus is hot, and the ring model looks cool. kinda surprised they didnt make it stupid like a bronze ring or some shit
