And appaerently Count Dracula lives in Leujoam Sanctum...

Quote:
In the upcoming version update, we will be adding a new promotion quest to unlock the next mercenary rank, as well as a series of exciting assault missions.

New Mercenary Rank
The mercenary rank of "First Lieutenant" will be awarded to players who survive the grueling trials put forth by the hard-nosed drill sergeant, Rongelouts. Do you have what it takes, maggot? [pic of the gayest looking elf ever]

New Assault Missions
Five new missions await players who have achieved the rank of First Lieutenant.
Here's a sneak preview of what lies in store:

Bloody Rondo

Mission Orders: After years of quietly defying Imperial rule, the recluse Count Dracula has recently begun preparations for an assault on Al Zahbi. Infiltrate the Leujoam Sanctum, locate the count, and slay him before he can execute his plans.

The Susanoo Shuffle

Mission Orders: In an attempt to strengthen their bonds with the Mamool Ja, an eastern nation has provided the beastmen with a new biologically engineered hydra hybrid known as Orochi. You are to infiltrate the training grounds and eliminate the new threat.

lol...

Dracula. SE is getting desperate for enemies if they have to dig up Dracula. They need to contact Konami and get them to let us have a Belmont as a NPC. Oh wait they would have to add whips as a .DAT, they can't do that due to shitty ass PS2 limitations.

It's a vampyr mob like the guys somewhere in einherjar. Would be funny if they added khimaira/cerberus assaults with a shot at special drops from the ??? lockbox.

Yeah I know what the vampyr mobs look like and I figured it would be one of those. Well it will be the father of all vampyr mobs. I don't know why it bothers me that SE is using that mythology. Maybe because this expansion is eastern and Dracula is from Romania basically.

Wow I actually think it's pretty gay they are using Dracula also. Needs more wolfman mobs.

I would like to see pics of the Vampyr mobs. I don't feel like searching for them though.

Yeah seems odd they'd throw vampires in with this whole odd norse thing (that takes place in the middle east /wtf). Would make more sense if those mobs were the Einherjar but they used that name for the whole zone/activity.

In sticking with the mid-east idea they could have made dracula an Evil Djinn or in sticking with norse, could have made him Loki or something and teamed him up with some pissed off giants. I'd still like to see some flame gigas with swords in the game (like Surtur), but I suppose those would be troll dark knights.

I still believe "Walahra" is a crazy engrish mistranslation of Valhalla.

Vampires have, like the one in the first FF when you need the Lute to open that floor plate. But i can't remember a specific Dracula Boss.
