Actually Tali we met at lvl 16 (on ur DRG) in dunes ;)

I started on realease Day 1, i lvled upto 25 WAR with some1 called Rollergirl (dunno what ever happened to her, one day she just disappeared) i then got bored of WAR (saw price of chainmail) and did WHM -> 30, used WHM to get Kazham keys and adv jobs then did DRG > 56 (blames talisin for this :p) then BRD -> 73 (along with doing various other jobs too see sig)

I met Yarr while Talisin was usign him to camp Valk Emp (Yarr was about lvl 52 ish) i called him for a raise cause some1 in my pt (when i was on DRG) had died and their hp was in jeuno, Tali told me Yarr was his brothers account, soon after i found out just who Yarr was after sending him tells whenever Tali wasnt on lol. I hope i didnt annoy you too much back then Yarr :)

Edit: as for being lvl40 i hit 40 on my DRG last December(maybe January) so i was 40 by end of 2003/v. early 04 ;) i believe

haha...good times...

my first perm was with drout, neko, washupito, cylon, dragonb.

both washu and cylon quit around lvl 55....so sad they were like the two funnest tarus around...

and thank god there were so many dragoons around back then, i was thinking of lvling that job but decided against it because there were too many aorund...

we loaned him to you...lol and yeah we had some pretty whack pt configs back in cn..lol

that was fun time though...cn was the first time all the NA really got together for the first time since we lvl there for like a 100 lvls!!

I started at the beginning of december if I remember correctly. Heh, I think I hit 40 on new years day or right after. I remember still running around in lizard gear at like 35 of 36 around christmas time because I didn't know about the rse quests and was dirt poor. I keep thinking I started in January for some reason. >.> But I didn't know any of my peers now. I think out of that initial list the only person I knew at that time was Ditria because he was in my ls with Haknoras, Gerikus and all those people.

i dinged 40 with shadowknight-pld, thunderstomp-drg, tyriel-thf, scyth-drk, and vexed-rdm. it was in that room with the caveberries lol. some black mage in another party -ga'd those berries on accident like 3 times (was it nip?) cylon was always there arguing with someone and bragging about his garuda summon. man, when vexed got convert and refresh it was awesome, but he quit right after that. i feel bad for tyriel cuz he never could find a party after i joined with nippler and them. i think he's finally like level 55 now. hey, if anyone sees tyriel, tell him i said HEY and tell him to come to http://www.yarrthepirate.com and post !

i quit cuz there was nothing left to do on ffxi (and other reasons i wont go into). the last few days i played i would find myself roaming around curing people. if i ever came back it would just be more of the same.

nah, the only reason whisp hangs around is cuz of the company...

same reason most of the 'retired' players are hanging around the boards.
We are just waiting for the next mmorpg. :D

Ah. I was thinking of going WoW (remind me to get my down payment at EB Games back...) but I hear it's easy beyond belief. You're never even strapped for cash...And the level crawl is only a good two weeks.

World of Warcraft, (No Thanks.)

EQ2....I could MAYBE see myself playing that, I used to play EQ.

But for now, I need to get going of FFXI, there's still alot I can do!
