This is ridiculous... I tried updating it at about 2 pm CST, when maintenance was still on.

No such luck

Leave for work, return home at approx 11:30 CST... I had my brother try doing my update for me while at work, come home to see a network error

Current time: 2 AM CST, and it's checking the files for the 4th or 5th time since I've gotten home. Oh wait, network error

Things like this make me want to quit FFXI, if it didn't have such a deathgrip on me, because this is simply unacceptable.

I GIVE UP!!!! YOU WIN SE!!!!!!!

But meh, being productive irl was better than sitting around waiting for an update (even though I got mine done early.)

I was so gonna challenge him again last night, so after work I went to Beadeaux, killed me a ruby quad, but no test... and I was too tired to do it again... I'll have to try after i get on, and unleash all my anger at SE on Maat, I bet i'll beat him in 30 seconds that way
