I never thought of it like that. I thought it did it right away because there wasn't any monsters around that had a chance to attack you like there is anywhere else.. haha

Yeah can see and talk to people from another server.. you can show someone from another server your moghouse lol... I am pretty sure you can't trade with them though and they can't use your mog... if that happened it would be devastating.

lol that's the most useless shit ever, unless it can be used to hack into people's storage and shit which would pretty much mean the downfall of ffxi heh although I'm pretty sure moogles aren't tied to their owners (e.g. nomad moogles), who knows with SE... maybe mog houses are handled differently

It would be fun at least. And I noticed that they're from different worlds? Maybe you could swap items through worlds by trading in the mog house? Just a thought.

Moghouse is exclusively on your computer, and you're just using a 3rd party server to share character info and use in game function to make him appears. It's basically like an AIM window integrated in FFXI. The only problem is if you can pop up your mog house from anywhere, talkto the moogle and change job, which is basically what job hack was doing (except they were skipping the moghouse part and going directly to the function to change job)

It's pretty much just a chatroom, you can't trade or do anything you normally wouldn't be allowed to do in the mog house. Sorry for the double post, didn't think you could do that on these forums =/
