Anyone play the Crackdown demo yet? It is pretty cool and it has co-op. Kinda like GTA but you are a supercop that levels up in abilities RPG style (not exactly like GTA:SA). Can get to the point where you can throw cars at people haha. You can also pick up dead bodies and throw them at others or use them as weapons. Damn.. I want to buy that and Dead Rising after playing those demos lol.

I played it. I thought it was fun but throwing stuff wasn't as satisfying as I thought. Throwing a big ass light pole into a crowd only knocked one person over.

Some achievements in Crackdown. It got ok reviews, 1up gave it a 9.0 but others gave it scores ranging from 7 to 8. Mostly due to lack of story, but its mainly a game where you do retarded shit with the physics engine. I can see people setting up crazy crap in co-op with juggling cars w/ the rocket launcher. I still might get it for the game itself. Halo 3 beta is a bonus I guess if you care about Halo.

I've never played a Halo game in my life. I know it has a huge following with Xbox fanboys. I am definately interested to play Halo 3. The trailer looks pretty bad ass. My stepbrother (Halo fan) tells me I need to play the first 2...or atleast the second one before Halo 3.

Halo 1 single player was alright, 2 was disappointing as hell. Both were alright to play through once co-op. Really Halo 1 made me really want to kill Guilty Spark, hopefully the little bastard will be killable in 3. The use of vehicles in Halo 1 and somewhat in 2 in the single player made it not so generic. Halo 1 was good for LAN parties and 2 was a good online console FPS. They are both a little overrated, 2 is moreso though. The pistol is overpowered in Halo and in 2 its the sword. Me and my friends played so much Halo in my old apartment it was ridiculous... the only game we played more might have been Soulcalibur for DC. The game was made with a console in mind in, the fact the gameplay wasn't sped up for PC really hurts it imo.

I am buying Crackdown just to collect agility orbs and throw people and various objects off of 100+ story buildings.
