I won't bother playing the beta because my PC sucks. I watched the video you posted and I still don't like the way it looks. I didn't like the way WoW looks either. This game looks similar to what I didn't like about WoW. I don't really know how to explain it.

Well, Warhammer certainly isn't. . .asian looking? Wich i guess is probably the style you like if you liked ffxi (( I like that style too, but I also like WAR's style))

non asian games just look different from asian ones obviously lol, so in that respect perhaps they look similar? But when comparing non asian games to other non asian games, war looks absolutly nothing like WoW IMO, coming from a person who played wow for almost 2 years

Thats fine if you don't like War's style; You might be interested in Aion wich is supposed to be the "next ffxi", korean made so it has that asian style of design and incredible graphics

- I just obviously get abit heated when people say WoWs graphics and design (( wich i think are puke disgusting)) look like Warhammer's, its sort of insulting to the game lol

There's quite a few bugs in closed beta (NDA is up and i don't wanna lose my acc) but the game isn't done yet and the most important thing to me (RVR & PVE for leveling) works rock solid for me.

ninja edit: If anyone is wondering about game performance, i run everything on max @ 2560x1600 and have no video lag at all, even in intense keep seige or RVR scenarios.

im most likely gonna be running this on my mac laptop (bootcamp ftw). my PC is just too old at the moment for it to run that game any good most likely

I don't care if Warhammer gets popular. That'd be cool if it really was successful, but I don't want it to get swamped with the same player base as WoW. If other people are going to hate the game before they see it live--that's fine, more fun for me and my friends, haha

It depends on if warhammer is as. . . well, easy; as wow. lol If everything is easy as fuck to achieve like in WoW than if it gets popular enough, unfortunately I bet the player base will most likely drag over. Maybe some kids won't play it because the colors aren't bright and shiny and rainbowish liek in wow? lol *shrug*
