the FFXV looks like it could be a decent game tbh kinda like a Kingdom Hearts type actiony game. But.... in what way is that a Final fantasy game? If its fun or has a good story there's a good chance I'll pick it up at some point but... godamnit, I'm not getting anything but faintest of PSP Final Fantasy Spinoff vibes from it.

Not really. It was something their dev team cooked up for Lightning Returns because they heard the producer on that game liked Miqo'tes.

They really need to let lightning go away 3 games now that they made her the main protagonist and two of them were "meh".

That is exactly how I feel. There are few Final Fantasy elements in it. I don't see moogles, chocobos, crystals, summons, fantasy-like beatiful landscapes, etc. It appears to be a button-mashing hack and slash game in a dark city. It should be a Final Fantasy spinoff like crisis core, not a main title.

And yeah...enough with Lightning lol. SE needs to improve their voice actors for all games. They should hire Ket.
