Great day for me and the steam sale. I picked up Torchlight II and XCOM: Enemy Unknown for 15 bucks total.

Yea those are both great buys. Deus Ex: HR is a great buy for 3 bucks if you somehow donn't own it, and Issac for under a buck 50 is fine if you like that sort of thing.

I just got Torchlight 2. Everybody talks about it. I'll see what it's all about.

1 more month to play other games until I'm balls deep in FFXIV for the rest of my life.

TL2 is awesome... and the timing of the release was great since D3 was such a disappointment.

My wife was watching me play TL2 and then insisted we get it for her so we could both play.

So now we both have it haha.

Just Cause is on sale for $0.27; even if you don't plan on ever playing it there's really no reason not to buy it at that price :P

I want to finish my summer card set. Does anyone have an extra Dead Island or Torchlight II card?

I have an extra Tomb Raider, Prison Architect and Football Manager if anyone needs one.

I need Bioshock Infinite and Torchlight 2 to finish my set. I have Tomb Raider, Skyrim, Kerbal, Football, and Chivalry ones to trade... basically I'm uniquely ill suited to help out yarr.

I'm almost tempted to spend the 26 cents to purchase the two cards to get it done with.

Ive sold a few cards so ill use that money to get more cards eventually, but I assume some people have cards I could use, or I have cards they could use.

I was basically thinking the same thing yarr. either I'll offer my doubles here first, and if no interest I'll just sell them off and buy the ones I need

I've done this only to annoyingly have Steam automatically take my wallet funds to partially pay for a game I bought on the sale, leaving my wallet empty again and unable to actually buy any cards.

As a reminder: Today is the last day of the steam sale.

If any game you wanted never went on daily-deal, but you were tempted at the price it's currently at, now is the time to grab it.

Ket, I saw you played Bioshock Infinite. Did you like it?

I wonder if that RPG maker is any good. I considered buying it, I would have killed for that when I was a kid. I used to fill my school notebooks with RPG characters I would create. I would name all the weapons, design towns, and dungeons. I was so much more creative than I am now. I actually just found an old notebook filled front to back with that stuff. It made me happy lol.

OMG, what a nerd.

Not like I took graph paper and colored pencils and drew out RPG maps for those little Might Max figurines, or anything. :-"

i make up elaborate stories and characters in my head and on paper but never do anything woth it. i too was intrigued with that sale but i knew i still wouldnt have done anything with it lol. madi and i once challanged eachother to make a manga for the other, he at least gave me a page or two. i, on the other hand, tortured ket with my doodles and bad storytelling for weeks on end and never actually gave any of it to madi lol. still, i always think it would have been fun to put something like that together from start to finish.

Nice find, that's a bargain. I gifted myself a couple for future use since they don't expire.

Were you playing on hard mode? The gif is a pretty accurate depiction of normal mode.

I meant she never actually throws an entire bag of money at you, just a single coin.
