No, People mis-understand the whole "war" thing. When you go into a contested area, if you're alone, you're just a quick kill. The party aspect from FFXI is there, because if you're in a group of 4, no one is going to fuck with you. It's just too risky. If you're along, 2 people 10 levels lower than you could give you a run for your life.

Race : Gnome = Locked

Class : Rogue (80% sure).

Gnomes can only be Mage,Warrior, Rogue, and Warlock. I quit Warlock at L14, just didn't like it. Rogue is great. Mage (No Thanks), I just got done playing BLM for a year in FFXI. That leaves Warrior, which I will test when open beta starts (gonna keep playing my L24 rogue until then)

So unless Warrior is ultra cool, I'll be Gnome Rogue IRL.

I'm already in a WoW guild, all the cool people from my old Everquest guild have gathered and we gonna play WoW. So I probably wont be on the same server as you all.
