Hey guys, just thought id see how ya all were doing. No bragging or agressive chat here please, form a civilized conversation about progress in BC and shit you thought was tight ass. I know we're all busy so like, dont have much time to level as we want, though ive made sleep depravation a good way to gain 6hours of playtime for the last few days.

The content is amazing, polished to close-perfection, quests/instances awesome. I think it's gg time, blizz.

P.S. lvl. 65, HAHA BITCHES. (6pm, 1/18/07)

saw on g4 some dude got 70 in 28 hours haha

Author:  Eternus [ Fri Jan 19, 2007 2:25 pm ]
Post subject:

He had an entire group of people PLing him lol. That is kinda sad someone was obsessed enough to hit cap in 28 hours after the release of the expansion.

Post subject:

I heard that the Guild is going to PL more characters to 70 the same way lol.

Wouldn't it be quicker to just go party? >.>

Author:  goDeejay [ Fri Jan 19, 2007 3:45 pm ]
Post subject:

Partying in WoW is ghey. Its like the complete opposite of FFXI. A geared out mage can kill 6 mobs his same level at the same time. In FFXI it takes 6 people to kill one mob around their level haha.

If you have a good high DPS group you can burn through instances quickly enough to make it worth xping that way, but it gets pretty boring after a run or two in a row, at least questing usually has you moving about.

All ive got to say is that today I did a quest in the Ghostlands for Deatholme...and that place just looks AMAZING. Just that little part of Ghostlands make the whole zone awesome. Not to mention Zul'aman and the rest of the zone look really cool. Blood Elf quests were really well thought out ive found and are very interesting with rep rewards starting at lvl 10.

Yeah, I'll probably hit 70 by today, just 30% away from it. I started off instance grinding, but it was insanely boring. Questing seemed a little better, and slightly more lucrative since you weren't splitting up rewards with 4 other ppl.

Good thing I have my 6000 gold all saved up for the epic mount! Up up and away!

This is why Blizzard shouldn't release content in beta early. People just have time to learn how to exploit it.

saw this on another forum

I hope this doesn't really work and Blizzard wasn't dumb enough to put buffs client side.

i doubt that the actual hack works, but I agree with the 2nd point made on that website.... no game is hack-proof.

Thankfully, I don't really pvp much so I don't have to interact much with the people that DO hack.

I've been dual-boxing as a priest and warlock. They're both about ready to hit 62. Still in Hellfire Peninsula.

My work/commute takes up a lot of my day, and I've been trying to be real good about exercising. haha. I bike 1-2 hours a day now, and I'm hoping to bump that up to more, so I can lose what I not-so-affectionately call my "FFXI Fat." I gained way too much weight playing FFXI, and I just never lost it, since I've been playing MMOs ever since.

Damn you MMOs!

lol princess use to say that if she wasnt around while I was playing FFXI i probably would have starved to death.

Im a very light eater as it is, but when I played FFXI (or any MMO) I just dont bother eating.

You must have been pretty fat to lose weight while doing nothing but sit around all the time.

My g/f doesn't understand MMO's..... but all she knows is that I don't have time to eat. Sometimes she'll just come over with korean food and feed me while I'm tanking Byakko or something lol. She's so awesome

Yeah princess never tried to understand why I liked FFXI. She use to always joke about how it always looked identical to her. She use to laugh about how everytime she saw me "Playing" I was just sitting in the same spot doing nothing at all. I tried to explain the camping idea but she never got it lol.

Princess was the prefect girlfriend for FFXI because she just sat around in my room watching TV\Movies or doing homework\playing on my laptop. She didnt care what I did so long as she got an hour alone with me haha ;p

I don't really like going to the gym. I went for a long time but I was honestly a decade younger than everyone else in there and I felt very awkward. Plus the fact that some of the people in there were lifting so much fucking weight compared to me so I felt really self conscious.

I was lucky to find a gym where everyone was basically my age. Even the people who work there are all around my age (25-30). Theres also very few ugly people who go on a regular basis.
