For what its worth I was more interested in showing that the character was "Vurrin" in name and thus mine in the sense "Hey that guy I played FFXI with back in the day is still around and doing alright for himself with his immaterial virtual items."

Does it make sense since its not like I have a new forum name? Probably not, but there it is.

Caduceus I think that girl sold her body for a regular epic flying mount... but the first phoenix for this server in China was sold for something like 190000 gold ( or some such nonsense I believe at the time the currency exchange of US gold to real dollars put the price tag around $9000) to a guild member to fund their guild's raiding.

A tauren on my server had one of those mounts, and yeah blizzard gave one to a kid who had cancer, the sad thing is, a ton of people were pissed off about them giving the poor kid one haha

anyways given the extreme rarity of it I'm a slight bit skeptical that you haven't been swapping some dat files ;p do you really have one vurin? if its legit thats pretty cool, my old guild never downed Kael so I never got the chance at one lol

but hey its been a long ass time since that thing came out so maybe alot more people have them then i'm aware of. I quit wow though so i haven't kept up with whats been going on in game

But meh, it's not file switching cause you can see the ashes of alar buff... that mount is so sexy grats on it, I'll just stick to my glad mount, same speed but not as flashy!
