Its based off a manga.

Its been out for 2 years in in Korea.
About 1 year in China.
6 months in Taiwan.
Its now being released in the Phillipines & Japan.

The phillipines version is in English.

Everyone there speaks perfect english.


The letancy would be somewhat kinda the FFXI JP > NA letancy.
Not too sure exacly how that will be, but i wont be worse then it
was in the Korean/Chinese version.

Its the whole thing about being closer to the main servers. Closer you are = better your connection. DSL for example. If you are next door the the switch, your connection will be faster than if you were a mile away. Same is true for peer-to-server communications.
