OK so I use to play Magic when the first unlimited series came out, but that was like 15 years ago. I have no interest in playing this game

BUT

the article talks about how some Legendary Cards will come with a code that will give you loot in wow. Thats pretty tempting to go pick up a pack or two.

wow, very creative indeed. though cash-based systems are always pathetic imo, but with the fact blizzard doesnt need money, as they can barely spend what they have, apparently, i doubt they're going to make it an in-depth, must-have system, as that would create income, which is what they arent necesarily looking for. however, it would help publisize the card game majorly, as nerds who was away on wow are always looking to spend more of their parents' money to be in a more in-depth world.

Actually I'd love to hear where you heard that Blizzard has more money than it knows what to do with because obviously those people don't realize that Blizzard is a subsidary of Vivendi and doesn't recieve most of the profits

I can just imagine the look on the Board of Directors for blizzard when the new guy said that.
