We spent New Years Eve moving into our first house. It's pretty scary buying a house for the first time, but really fun as well.

Shawna and I just bought a house a couple months ago too, it is kind of a nerve-wracking process. Luckily we found a realtor that is married to a mortgage lawyer, and they worked out really well for us. We ended up getting 5.7% fixed rate (average here is about 7%) on a $170k house.

That better be a temporary hiding place. Your neighbors are going to smell whats under your deck, nobody wants that. I suggest getting an incinerator to cremate them.

Everything Matti is messing with is on the floor (temporarily I assume), that is why he is bending over. Either that or he is trying to get the gaybois interested.

You don't literally pull your hair out, do you? I know someone who does and its pretty brutal lol.

that is a huge basement, lol that was the first thing i thought when i saw it, then secondly i thought of the huge ass computer room i could have down there with a huge TV for the PS3 and the Wii and Guitar hero 3!
