Today i finally finished setting up my home theater/gaming stuff with a bit of help from Santa Claus. Everything was purchased and installed by me with the help of a friend.

47" LG LCD
Onkyo SR606 Receiver
Paradigm Cinema 220 series - front - center - back - subwoofer
Comcast 1080i receiver w/ dvr
Xbox360
PS3

Currently i have it set-up as 5.1 since there's no real room for a 7.1 setup, maybe when i move into a new house i'll be able to use the 2 left over speakers. Everything is connected using HDMI 1.3a cables, i ran the wires from the tv and speaks in the wall so it didn't show them dangling. The tv was pretty easy to mount and the mount was fairly easy to install with the right tools. The speakers were bought thru a audio dealer and they are close to studio quality, the subwoofer was bought separately and i'm pretty sure i went overboard with it. Comcast has its HD shows/movies in 1080i but i'm pretty sure the receiver is upscaling to 1080p. Movies in Blu-ray are amazing and True HD audio is really awesome. It was a pretty awesome experience to get everything and put it together by myself with just the help of websites and manuals.

So what do you guys think?
