So I've been watching this anime series off and on called Welcome to the NHK. basically the main character, Satou, is a shut in, lives in his one room apartment, and is afraid to go outside. A girl up the street from him is trying to help him over come his shut in ways, but by and large nothing good ever happens to Satou.
Normally I'd watch my anime in peace and not bother you with it, but in the most recent episode Satou decides to explore the wide world of Online RPGs. Hilarity insues. The game he plays heavily draws off FFXI so I figure the people of this forum would get a kick out of it.
Think of it as the Japanese equilavent to the WoW episode of South park... but no feces jokes.
