the game sucks, the mob dispersal is equivalent to windursts saruta-baruta areas. twice the size and half the enemies. theres no armor to buy, no weapons to buy, unless you make yourself. the quests arent repeatable after a point ( for me, bug? idk)

its FFXI BEFORE zilart release, you're done with the storyline in about 2 hours and after that all you do is level whateverthefuck you want.

with that said, i will keep playing because im a hater and i love to have things to hate, even if its myself

I finally got everything installed and updated again. As soon as the summer semester is over I should have time to play again, I'm most likely going to be focusing mainly on blm. My dyna shell prolly thinks I died, I haven't been to a run in like a month.

You realize they let you in to test the game, not give you the full game early, right?..

On the other hand they need to test the full game, and hopefully intend to release a completed game, rahter than just rushing out a shitty half finished game just to beat the release of wow's next expac

Rein, if your question was aimed more towards if we're going to do a CKD guild in FF14, I think the general idea is that we are. If the question was geared more towards "are a bunch of people from the old days playing again under the CKD pearl in FF11." then the answer is also yes.

ive played several betas including the original one for ff11, aion etc

both of those games had alot more to offer in beta format than what ive seen of 14. for a game thats going to be released in two months it cant handle a per server load of more than 300 people. especially when they handed out about 18,000 invites, the group i got my access from. that number doubled the users who have beta access soi think its extremely reasonable to think that this is gonna be a shit product at release

but hey, maybe itll blow my mind on tuesday when i try it again

Black out player names from screenshots, and it should be okay. The only sites that enforce the NDA are the sites that get PR release info from S-E and don't want to be on their shit list.

BG is way more popular/visited than us, and they're still chugging along just fine. Worst case scenario, you get a cease and desist, and you close the beta sub-forum down. And that's a lot of lawyer money for S-E to be paying to go after little hole-in-the-walls, like us.
