Makes sense to me IMO "Before you get all worked up, this is just a rumor at the moment. It has been reported by one source that Square-Enix are planning to shut down the online servers for Final Fantasy XI, to make way for the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV game. That’s according to VG247, who have taken their info from GameCrep. Seems like a pretty drastic and risky move to us, considering the game has picked up a cult following, ever since its launch way back in 2002. Surely they can take the necessary measures to keep both games up and running, so everyone stays happy, no? We’ll get back to you when we hear from SE themselves. Yeah some of them still do yarr, although nowdays ~2500 people play in ifrit. I'm not too sure but i think Arthars is from singapore, same difference i guess. |

I deactivated in September, gave my acct to Lungcancer. Everyone I played salvage with left the game as well, only Kaylia was left when I quit and he was getting ready to take a long, if not permanent break at the time. |

Uh they have a timeline spreading through this year...level cap will be raised in increments up to a final level cap of 99. Job adjustments, new limbus/einherjar type thing, etcetc. Yeah level 99. So this'll probably be around a while...OR it'll go out with a hell of a bang. |
