4Looks like a lot of people may be zerging Trabia. There is a post on Eorzeapedia right now catalog all of their forum members on Trabia. Could potentially become very congested... May want to consider changing server when game goes live.

Possibly, but that thread only has 16 replies total. Given the amount of issues people have been having just trying to get their keys and getting logged in I think it's a little too early to get worried.

Running around Gridania last night and Uldah today I only saw maybe a dozen different people each time.

It seems the server selection page now sorts the servers by most full. Putting Mysidia and Lindblum right on the bottom with their three and two chocobos. Trabia is like #2 on the list with one chocobo so I'm guessing it's not full in the least.

Good to know, had no way of checking it here at work. May become an issue closer towards launch though.

Update server is working fine now, did it myself just an hour ago. Seems SE took it down themselves earlier to fix it when nobody could update past that 43.7% or whatever it was.

"Applications for the FINAL FANTASY XIV Open Beta Test have been temporarily suspended. Please wait until we are ready to accept new applications and then try again."

post on the beta site says they are no longer giving out keys until congestion clears.

My attempt at making funny gaming related videos.

Is there any way to boost frame rate. I am getting like 10 and a major delay on the mouse. I looked into the config settings in game, but that isnt very helpful.

I was experiencing some lazy mouse syndrome as well, my rig only scored 3100 and runs on highest setting at 1980x1026 but that's when i get the slow down with the mouse. I lowered settings and it went away, also adjusted resolution to be smaller but kept graphic settings and it resolved as well. In short, i would just play with settings.

Anyone try Gridania?
