I realized you have to log in to Lodestone before this will work. At first log in you'll select what character to use, and that will set up your account.

I had no idea you could log on to the Lodestone. I wondered why I could before, just never really saw the big button that said "Log in" >.>

Yah, I haven't noticed it updating automatically. I changed the border on mine, and it updated, though.

Okay, I figured it out.

The pictures are updating on the website's server. Your local browsers are not downloading the update. So you either have to wait for the browser to download a new local copy of the picture (Not sure how long that takes on average), or you have to force-refresh the page. This is done with a CTRL-F5 in Firefox. Hopefully it's standard in all browsers.
