I'm curious about that item acquisition bit as well.
Apparently some skelletons somewhere had a really high drop rate on Skull Eyepatches (rank 33 head armor) if you used the Archery skill "Shrieker" to knock their heads off. Some people were making quite a killing on it.
The item aquisition thing sounds like it's talking about cutscenes cancelling if your inventory is full. If you do something like complete a local levequest with a full inventory, the cutscene cancels just before you get your reward, and talking again repeats the cutscene again in full (so you don't lose the reward). I'm guessing this is implementing the same thing for items such as Shards (which you can't carry more than a single stack of) and maybe Unique items (which you can only carry one of).
