We eventually had 8/8 then 6/8 then back to 7/8. Got fun when the Wild Magic Honey Badger appeared.

Something I actually really do like as an improvement over FFXI is that cutscenes in FFXIV will actually show your other party members as part of the cutscenes.

More immersive than FFXI where you were that one silent guy that follows everyone around and always takes all the credit.
