For the three of you who still care, Patch 1.22b's job balance adjustments. Summarising what I could gather from a crappy google translate.

Pugilist/Monk:
- Pretty much all TP/Combo moves damage buffed.

Gladiator/Paladin:
- Goring Blade/Riot Blade power increased and recast reduced.
- Changing from GLA to PLD now reduces INT, not HP.
- Invincible (Hallowed Ground) now blocks all attacks with a few exceptions (guessing Astral Flow).

Marauder/Warrior:
- Berserk power increased, defense lowered.
- Rampage no longer restores HP, seems to increase Parry rate instead.
- Whirlwind no longer blows all TP.
- Collusion nerfed. Only redirects some enmity and not all of it, possibly a cap.
- Steel Cyclone now costs 1000 TP instead of 2000 TP. Power/attack reduced. Damage increased by Rampage.

Lancer/Dragoon:
- TP moves have had accuracy penalty removed.
- Chaos Thrust combo buff is now critical hit instead of accuracy.
- "Dragon Sword" (which ability is this?) recast reduced from 3 minutes to 1 minute.
- Power Surge / Life Surge overhauled. Japanese a bit hard to understand, not sure what changed.
- Elusive Jump now returns you to the the monster after jumping.

White Mage:
- Benediction range increased.

If anybody can actually read japanese, it's below. Once somebody posts a decent translation somewhere I'll post that in here instead.

•剣術士からナイトへジョブチェンジした際、HPが減少しなくなるかわりに、INTが減少するようになります。
•弓術士/吟遊詩人についてWS発動時、「ショット」にリキャストが発生するようになります。
•詠唱中、盾によるブロックが発動するようになり、ブロック成功時に詠唱が中断されなくなります。
•アクション/特性について、以下の調整が行われます。

≪格闘士≫
•コンカシブブロー
•コンボボーナスの効果が引き上げられます。
•ヘイメーカー
•物理攻撃の威力が引き上げられます。
•オーラパルス
•物理攻撃の威力が引き上げられます。
•空鳴拳
•コンボボーナスの効果が引き上げられます。
•猿猴九連掌
•コンボボーナスの効果が引き上げられます。

≪モンク≫
•双竜脚
•物理攻撃の威力が引き上げられます。

≪剣術士≫
•ライオットソード
•物理攻撃の威力が引き上げられます。
•ゴアブレード
•リキャストタイムが 80秒 → 60秒 に変更されます。
•物理攻撃の威力が引き上げられます。

≪ナイト≫
•インビンシブル
•[効果中、物理攻撃を無効化する。] → [効果中、特定の攻撃を除くすべての攻撃を無効化する。] に効果が変更されます。

≪斧術士≫
•バーサク
•物理攻撃力アップの効果が引き上げられます。
•物理防御力ダウンの効果が引き上げられます。
•ランページ
•[効果中、物理攻撃を受ける度に攻撃速度と物理防御力をアップし、自身の攻撃がクリティカルするとHP回復の効果。] → [効果中、物理攻撃を受ける度に攻撃速度と受け流しをアップし、自身の攻撃がクリティカルするとHP回復の効果。]に効果が変更されます。
•効果の減衰速度が速くなります。
•ワールウィンド
•[自身のHPが半分以下の場合、全TPを消費してダメージアップ] → [バーサク中は効果がリセットされる代わりにダメージアップ。]にコンボボーナスの効果が変更されます。

≪戦士≫
•コルーション
•[対象としたパーティメンバーの次の攻撃による敵視を肩代わりする。] → [対象としたパーティメンバーの次の攻撃による敵視の一部を肩代わりする。]に効果が変更されます。
•スチールサイクロン
•消費TPが 2000 → 1000 に変更されます。
•物理範囲攻撃の威力が引き下げられます。
•ランページによるダメージアップ量が引き下げられます。

≪槍術士≫
•ボーパルスラスト
•「命中にペナルティ」の効果が削除されます。
•インパルスドライヴ
•「命中にペナルティ」の効果が削除されます。
•竜剣
•効果時間が、60秒 → 180秒に変更されます。
•竜槍
•[TPを消費して自身に物理攻撃力アップ、被ダメージアップ。3回まで効果は蓄積。竜剣とは同時に使えない。] → [自身に物理攻撃力アップ、物理防御力ダウン。対象にウェポンスキルもしくはジャンプを使用した場合、効果時間延長。更にその回数が一定数を超えると効果アップ(Max:3段階)。竜剣とは同時に使えない。再発動で効果終了。] に効果が変更されます。
•リキャストタイムが 30秒 → 10秒 に変更されます。
•TPを消費しなくなります。
•桜華狂咲
•[対象に物理6回攻撃。命中にペナルティ。] → [対象に物理6回攻撃。物理クリティカルダメージにボーナス。] に効果が変更されます。
•竜槍効果アップ
•竜槍効果アップの効果が引き下げられます。

≪竜騎士≫
•ジャンプ
•[対象にジャンプで近づきつつ攻撃し、攻撃後は元の位置に戻る。] → [物理攻撃を回避しつつ対象にジャンプで近づき攻撃し、攻撃後は元の位置に戻る。] に効果が変更されます。

≪白魔道士≫
•ベネディクション
•効果範囲が拡大されます。

If those are the only warrior changes- it's not "that" bad. You are less invincible when soloing groups of mobs. WHM will have to cure you more often. You can't have that huge initial hate spike with collusion on a mage casting a high tier spell.

I would be happy to see the comeback of GLA/PLD tanks, while MRD/WAR switches to a mostly melee DD job. Instead of WAR being a tank, whm, DD, and pizza oven - all in 1 job.

I don't have much to comment about the DRG or MNK changes, as I never play either job.

The benediction range increase = a HUGE improvement. There has been SO many times where I thought I was gonna be the hero and bring everybody from 500HP to full health - and instead just heal myself (like Yarr mentioned).

Greetings everyone!

As you may have read, the previously announced class/job action adjustments that were scheduled to take place in 1.22b, are actually going to be included in today’s 1.22a hotfixes. Keep in mind that this is only the action-related portion of the changes and not the entirety of the hot fixes going in today.

* When changing from Gladiator to Paladin, instead of HP being reduced, INT will now be reduced.
* When executing WS as Archer/Bard, the recast timer for Shot will become active.
* While casting it will be possible to block with your shield and if the block is successful, casting will not be interrupted.
* Below are the adjustments that will be made to actions and traits.

≪Pugilist≫
o Concussive Blow
+ The effect of the combo bonus will be increased.
o Haymaker
+ Physical attacks will deal more damage.
o Aura Pulse
+ Physical attacks will deal more damage.
o Howling Fist
+ The effect of the combo bonus will be raised.
o Simian Thrash
+ The effect of the combo bonus will be raised.

≪Monk≫
o Dragon Kick
+ Physical attacks will deal more damage.

≪Gladiator≫
o Riot Blade
+ Physical attacks will deal more damage.
o Goring Blade
+ Recast time will be reduced from 80 to 60 seconds.
+ Physical attacks will deal more damage.

≪Paladin≫
o Hallowed Ground
+ Effect will be changed from “Renders you impervious to physical attacks” to “Renders you impervious to most attacks.”

≪Marauder≫
o Berserk
+ The physical damage bonus effect will be increased.
+ The physical defense down effect will be increased.
o Rampage
+ The effect will be changed from “Increases your attack speed and power for each physical attack against your, and restores HP for each critical hit you land” to “Increases your attack speed and parry rating for each physical attack against you, and restores HP for each critical hit you land.”
+ Effect will wear off at a faster rate.
o Whirlwind
+ The combo bonus effect will be changed from “Consumes TP to increase damage when you are below 50% HP” to “Resets Berserk effect when active to increase damage.”

≪Warrior≫
o Collusion
+ The effect will be changed from “Redirects enmity generated by target party member’s next attack to you” to “Redirects a portion of enmity generated by target party member’s attack to you.”
o Steel Cyclone
+ TP cost will be reduced from 2000 to 1000.
+ Physical area of effect attack damage will be reduced.
+ Rampage will grant less of a damage bonus.

≪Lancer≫
o Vorpal Thrust
+ The accuracy penalty will be removed.
o Impulse Drive
+ The accuracy penalty will be moved.
o Life Surge
+ Effect duration will be increased from 60 to 180 seconds.
o Power Surge
+ The effect will be changed from “Consumes TP to increase your attack power and damage you sustain, up to a maximum of three stacks. Cannot be used simultaneously with Life Surge” to “Increases attack power and reduces defense. Duration is extended when a weaponskill or Jump is used on the target. Effect is enhanced if duration is extended several times, up to a maximum of three stacks. Cannot be used simultaneously with Life Surge. Effect ends upon reuse.”
+ Recast time will be reduced from 30 to 10 seconds.
+ Action no longer consumes TP.
o Chaos Thrust
+ The effect will be changed from “Delivers a six fold attack at low accuracy” to “Delivers a six fold melee attack and grants a bonus to critical damage.”
o Enhanced Power Surge
+ Effect potency will be reduced.

≪Dragoon≫
o Jump
+ The effect will change from “Delivers a jumping attack, returning you to your original position after the attack is made” to “Evades physical attacks and delivers a jumping attack. Returns you to your original position after the attack is made.”

≪White Mage≫
o Benediction
+ Area of effect will be expanded.
