Ok so I am trying to log on to final fantasy xiv and my account says it was suspended for security reasons and now it has a link to un-suspend my account which is to change my password (which I did about 4 times) but it does not change my password at all did anyone else have this problem? |

If you didn't link a security token to your account (why not!?) then you'll be locked out every time you log in from a new IP address. Never had the problem though since I use the token so I dunno the procedure for getting back in. |
