This is interesting... we should give it a shot.

Step 1: Make your 3 parties. You need 2T/2H/4DPS format or it won't work.

Step 2: Queue. Dungeon pops.

Team Lead 1 "Popped. Showing 6/24"
Team Lead 2 "Popped as well. Showing 6/24"
Team Lead 3 "Yep. we're together. I've got 6/24 too."

Step 3: Profit.

So basically when the queues pop, only have the two tanks of each party accept, and everyone confirm that 6/24 are showing as having accepted. That way you all know you're in the same instance.

Another Useful Trick: Have everyone change their language to German only before queuing.
