The game runs very smooth on the PS4. The graphics look good and the framerate is smooth at 1080P. I had a few minor complaints yesterday but it turns out it's all things that can be adjusted (and not all related to the game). I played on my TV which is pretty far back from my couch. The text is small at default settings, which is my only real complaint. I'm not sure if that can be changed but it probably can. I'm used to sitting like 1-2' away from my computer monitor, so that is probably just a personal preference.

Overall PS4 runs the game as well as a mid-->higher end PC would. It's not as smooth as a modern I7 with GTX 780+ and SSD. However, You will get way better performance from a PS4 than you would from a $400 computer. And far superior to PS3.

I haven't purchased a Vita yet. I'm waiting for the dang slim to hurry up. If it doesn't come out by the time FFX-HD is available I'm gonna cry.

The most common complaint is text size being too small so I imagine they will adjust that.

I thought about the slim for a while, I think they made the back touchpad smaller. thats really my only compalin about the vita. the back touchpad gets in the way, my fingers touch it while im playing SF X tekken and i end up doing some combo.

I mainly want the remote play stuff for when i want to sit on the recliner, watch tv and farm. the PS4 will likely sit in my room since I have my pc down in the media room.
