Apparently this snuck it's way into the DAT files along with the 2.38 patch.

Urth's Fount

In the moons following the Calamity, myriad rumors of ghastly creatures stalking the Twelveswood began spreading across the realm like wildfire. While most of the rumors have since been deemed unfounded, there is one series of events that has remained difficult to cast off as merely the ravings of broken-minded smallfolk: that concerning the supposed Dark Rider of the Shroud. After several deaths attributed to this mysterious figure, Seedseer O-App-Pesi sought communion with the spirits of the Twelveswood, only to learn that the rider was none other than the elder primal Odin. Slain in the Third Astral Era by an Allagan hero, why and how the primal has returned to Eorzea remains a mystery─one now in the capable hands of Eorzea's adventurers.

Sleipnir Horn

This ebon horn emits a somber tone that summons Odin's loyal steed from the elder primal's side to yours.

You have no idea.

There is a whole quest series dedicated to Odin and his history but it only sheds a little light on him and ends with what is basically a promise of further quests to come. Along with this there's his flavor text which hints that he's not quite the same as the other primals. Those all go along with the FF6/11 style Odin (the trapped soul, the dark divinity who answers the prayers of the slain) than what we'd expect of an FF14 primal.

Finally, there is also a fate in Eastern Thanalan, "A Man Rides Through," that hints that he was also entombed in Dalamud along with Bahamut. This fate takes place on the Burning Wall, right near a colossal Dalamud ruin/corrupt crystal formation.

I am excited.
