Yeah, the wings and spikes look cool on the new (Royal?) Allagan. Everyone gets to look like a Dragoon now, haha. I also like the new Answers remix with the organs thrown in, though it probably only lasts as long as trash pulls, or between bosses a la Binding/Second coils. Hopefully there's new music for the bosses and the final battle has a great new theme or just a solid remix/rearrangement of Answers for one last go-round on the Calloway train the same way the first half of the NDD theme is an upbeat remix of NVD's character theme. I had not noticed the HD Koenig/Ares' sets, I'm excited. I had noticed that the Emperor looks younger than we thought he would, or younger than he should by rights. Dark magic at work? Dark magic at work. War of succession called off? War of succession called off. FOOOOOR NOOOOOOOOOW I've been wondering about Shiva for a while, since she appears to have been manifested in this Iceheart broad to some degree, or her influence has been granted to the human. She's got to be different than the other primals to be able to operate like this. Perhaps discovering the secrets of Bahamut will make this a bit clearer. Hopefully there are a good number of story missions and some actual fleshing out of what's to come, since Shiva, Ishgard, and the Emperor appear to be (perhaps literally) game-changers. Anyway it looks like Shiva does in fact have her sword and shield from the original teaser. |
