 Post subject: Got D/C, never could log back in for 9 hours

I got disconnected during Great Gubal Library. Tried to log back in for the next half hour but couldn't. Still can't log back in after 9 hours. I sent an email to Square Enix. The problem is server side. It also says my character is still inside the Library.

Anyone had a problem like that?

Squenix never emailed me back. Only solution I can think of is to deactivate my subscription.

I think NA Datacenters are having an issue. I'm getting errors trying to log in now.

I was able to log in for about 5 minutes. Got into a dungeon with Sakuya, and got disconnected again. Can u guys tell Sakuya to boot me from the dungeon? Maybe that will help me log back in?

Suggesting it's one of the ISP backbones somewhere (e.g. Level 5).

They claim it's fixed now, maybe try again Whisp? Sorry that it's been so frustrating, I would be pissed as hell too.

I wouldn't try at this exact moment -- the whole Primal data center (that's ours) is down now and has been for an hour or so.

Im out of town for a week anyway.
Square final mailed me back to say the problem must be on my end and that I need to reset my router. No mention of their server issues.
