I got disconnected during Great Gubal Library. Tried to log back in for the next half hour but couldn't. Still can't log back in after 9 hours. I sent an email to Square Enix. The problem is server side. It also says my character is still inside the Library. Anyone had a problem like that? |

Squenix never emailed me back. Only solution I can think of is to deactivate my subscription. |

I think NA Datacenters are having an issue. I'm getting errors trying to log in now. |

I was able to log in for about 5 minutes. Got into a dungeon with Sakuya, and got disconnected again. Can u guys tell Sakuya to boot me from the dungeon? Maybe that will help me log back in? |

They claim it's fixed now, maybe try again Whisp? Sorry that it's been so frustrating, I would be pissed as hell too. |

I wouldn't try at this exact moment -- the whole Primal data center (that's ours) is down now and has been for an hour or so. |

Im out of town for a week anyway. Square final mailed me back to say the problem must be on my end and that I need to reset my router. No mention of their server issues. |
