News Flash: Disaster at the Darkhold

The official Grand Companies of Eorzea page has been updated with information on instanced raids!

The Mythril Eye, Ul’dah’s premier financial paper, has issued an emergency bulletin reporting on the crisis unfolding within the craggy depths of the Dzemael Darkhold.

Ho way! Hippogriphs, Ahriman, and an Ogre! And teleporting platforms. I am so psyched. I'm glad they are taking time to work the bugs out of this dungeon.

Looks good, im excited to get playing again I miss joking around with everyone.

Not to be a negative nancy, but it would have been nice if these instances had new fucking mobs. God damn it Square. The content better be pretty awesome to be reusing old mobs.

On official forums everyone seems to suspect that a boss or 2 will have a new model. I'm thinking "Uh. . .yeah right haha. . ." But hell i'll take anything at this point so I don't much care tbh. It looks halfway decent, but I doubt it will hold the end game player's interests for very long.

Looks like the boss is that red ahriman that goes around on a timer doing that aoe move while wandering around in a set pattern. Or at least it's a mini boss.

anyone notice the second name in pt list of that vid? they seem to be named by race then class.

Executioner was the original name for Marauder, the English localization team changed it to Mrd but I guess the JP still leave it as Exc when it's in English *shrug*. I hear in JP the class is called Magic Axe User lol

Madi was the type of person that made me want to pull my hair out at how long forums would take to load back when I was on dialup.

People with .gifs that would change every week... My poor, little modem would have to slowly download before it displayed the rest of the thread's text, and that always pissed me off.
