Speaking of my monitor... I was looking into getting another one, but I doubt I will. I'm 3 versions back now (I have a U3011). Fun fact, I noticed mine was delivered one year ago today haha.

If there was something more akin to a frontal fist and/or we could match our own shapes together to make whatever we wanted, I'd make one that looked like the badges they wear.

I'm really not a big fan of that snake, lol. Wish it was more of an actual cobra.

Luckily, I think you can keep changing the emblem in-game, since there's a company permission for it. I don't think we need to settle on something right away, we can keep tweaking it til we're happy with it.

another vote for the fist. it fits better the original CKD logo from the movie. but yeah i hope we can make our own using shapes. as forthe benchmark it was about the same numbers lol.

(Lv45)(SCHOLAR) Sacred Soil: Creates an area where everyone inside takes 10% less damage. Duration 15s. 20% Next Succor II will cost no MP. Can only proc under Aetherflow.
(Lv45)(SUMMONER) Spur: Increases a pet's physical/magical atk power by 40%.
(Lv46) Rouse: Increases cure magic potency and damage deal by pet by 40%. When roused, pets are immune to all detrimental effects.

(Lv50) Shadow Flare: Placed AoE of 25 potency for 30. 5% chance of inflicting Slow to targets.

-Fey Light: Increases skill speed around pet by 30% for 30s. 60s Recast. Cant use at same time as Fey Glow.
-Fey Illumination: Increases Cure magic potency around pet by 20% for 20s. Recast 2m.

Summoner Pet Abilities

Titan Egi
-Mountain Buster: 70 AoE potency around Titan. Increases Enmity. 15s Recast
-Rock Buster: Single Target 85 Potency
-Earthen Ward: Decreases damage suffered by pet by 20% for 20s. 2m recast.
-Landslide: 70 potency stun. 40s Recast.
-Enkindle: Earthern Fury - AoE 200 potency. Additional effect: Razed Earth.

Ifrit Egi
-Crimson Cyclone: 105 potency stun. 40s CD
-Burning Strike (?): Single target attack potency of 120.
-Radiant Shield: 50 potency damage everytime Ifrit is attacked.
-Flaming Crush: AoE 105 potency. 30s Recast.
-Enkindle: Inferno - Conal 200 damage. 20 Potency fire DoT for 15s.

Garuda Egi
-Wind Blade: Wind Potency of 100.
-Aerial Slash: Deals AoE wind dmg around target. 90 Potency.
-Contagion: Extends master's DoTs by 15s.
-Shockwave: 90 dmg knockback.a

I didn't look through the entire list of changes but the ones I saw seem appropriate. crappy spells like thunder get buffs, combos get boosted. lancer moves get re-arranged.

@whisp them mutton chops are fine but the moustache is lame.
Re: The Emblem. I'd lean towards something in the yellow and back colors but nonspecific like the 3 / mark one.

The first would be cooler if it wasn't the generic Pugilist icon :( I also wish there was a bigger snake or a cobra. Or a different looking fist emblem.

the emblem should be circular.

Personally, i like the snake.. The three diamonds look ok too. It's sort of reminiscent of the actual fist logo.
The pug fist looks cheesey like MS Word clip art or a wingding or something.

i actually kinda like the 3 diamonds. they are kinda like knuckles. and simpler / easier to decipher from a distance. the snake from a distance just looks like a blob.

Oh, and don't forget that you apply a pattern to the background, it's not just a solid color. Using the example, and looking at the list of dat mined stuff, we can see the various pattern masks applied, with white being one color and black being the other.

May just end up sticking with a solid color, but some kind of very subtle pattern (like the explosion style one that goes outward from the center) might look good with two similar shades of yellow.

EDIT: I mean these:

Something like 4,3. That said, depending how the diamonds scale, something like 1,5 might go well with it.

Again, I'm talking subtle color change here, just so it's not quite so bright-ass "in your face" yellow.

That depends on the size of the icons, which we're not certain of just yet, the dat mined screenshots are annoyingly all different sizes.

What I mean by the background btw. I tried putting the "snake skin pattern" (3,8) on it:
