I'm sure someone will post a proper decent translation later (the translator missed a lot of questions), but this is what I gleamed while it was on earlier this morning. Not necessarily in the order it was talked about, tried to group the bullet points a bit.

- 2.45 on December 9th
- New Relic Quest, Item Models Changed.
- Relic iLvl not yet "decided". Sounds more like an excuse to keep it secret; they'd have to decide this months ago.

- Ninja NERF (Sounds like reduction of Potency and increase of TP costs, won't change rotation).
- Apparently SE have a dps rotation in mind when creating a dps class. Players ended up finding a better one. Caused the imbalance.
- Dragoon BUFF (Increased DoTs, Increased Magic Def, Reduced Recasts)
- Dragoons to no longer lose attack buff if you miss positional.
- Dragoon reduced damage taken with Blood for Blood up.

- 2.45 to add Stoneskin II, allowing you to stoneskin an entire party at once.
- Specifics were not mentioned (e.g. can it be used in battle? Is it an ability or a trait? etc.)

- Eternal Bond Added, Application Made via Mog Station.
- Video was shown. Unofficial video capture link.
- Adds a new quest after applying which allows you to obtain the special wedding gear.
- Various customization options, role playing encouraged. Have to reserve venue time and send out invitations etc.
- Two types of eternal bond, free and paid. Paid gets more stuff, mount, minion, cake furnishing, etc.

- Crafting requirements eased up (something about Spicy Tomato Relish).
- Ixali Oaknots / Ehcatl Sealant nerfed (reduction in number of oaknots needed). Farm & sell your Sealant asap.
- Demimateria requirements (number required for recipes?) eased up.

- New Frontlines "mode" to be added. Different rules, same map.
- New PvP "Roulette" to be added.
- New Frontlines map in 3.0.

- Was suggested that they open up dungeons to people playing solo. I think the question was asking for people to be able to go back and solo older/easier dungons and they mis-read the question as asking for a way to complete them solo so you don't have to queue. They juggled the idea of taking grand company NPCs with you to dungeons instead.

- There was a section talking about how 2.4 SMN/BLM gear sucks, basically.
- Talk about how they usually try to spread stats around so people have a reason to mix-match gear.
- They acknowledge the feedback and are looking into it still.
- Asked about skill/spell speed improvements. Said they intend it to not be as good as DET/Crit so people have gear choices, but implied they might make it just a bit better.

- Job-specific limit breaks come in 3.0. Level 3 LBs only, redoing them all is too much hassle.
- DirectX11 client will be the Heavensward 3.0 client. (DX9 still an option)
- DirectX11 side-by-side comparison will be revealed at JP Fanfest (December).
- There's a new Heavensward-themed benchmark being released that'll let you try DX11.
- The new benchmark may show off the new limit breaks.
- Heavensward confirmed a disc-purchased expansion with new storyline alongside 3.0. Old storyline ends with 2.0. Works the same as XI, you can see stuff but not participate without owning the expansion.

- Add-on UI / API was actually mentioned.
- Is apparently internally implemented and working.
- Mostly mentioning that they're trying to balance it so it can't be used for cheating. Also apparently has some legal hurdles they have to deal with.

- Mac version releasing ~March.
- Something about PS3 support ending once enough people have moved to PS4. Translator didn't catch details.

- Mentioned adding something between CT and Coil in difficulty.
- Mentioned they might be adding Normal and Hard modes for various dungeons. Unsure if they're talking about more "Hard mode" dungeons, or adding some kind of difficulty slider or something?
- More stuff in this difficulty region intended for FCs to do.
- Some more pictures of FC basement crafting were shown. Still no concrete information.

- Part 1 Ended with new "Eorzea Collection" video (where they show off various bits of gear).
- Part 2 was mainly banter with a guest (President of Level-5, another JRPG company). No major info revealed other than recap of already known Heavensward announcements.

- Guest asks if we can have macro timers fixed (only one works at once).
- Guest asks if we can have a datacenter-spanning Duty Finder for playing late at night. Yoshi says might be possible as long as it's not cross region.
- Guest asks if we can have a reason for friends to visit your personal house, add teleport options so they can visit, allow them to water your plants. Mentions that he knows about eternal bond partners wanting to share a house too.

- 630 day veteran rewards: Nanamo Minion, Fat Chocobo Head.

Dragoon changes sound like about what I was expecting. Making attacks any stronger than they already are would have legitimately caused tank issues in anything outside of coil bosses, so boosting dots and reducing cooldowns on Jump/Dives makes sense, especially if they're lowering potency on some Ninja attacks.

Having more magic defense will be a huge relief. Even just bringing it up to the level of brd/mnk/nin would be nice, though I secretly hope they arbitrarily give DRG mini-tank stats by giving them mage level magic defense. Smaller B4B penalty is always welcome. And hey, maybe everyone will quit Ninja and return the melee DF queues to something reasonable.

Called the Ninja nerf no big surprise there. Can't believe some of the changes are what other games have already like UI and party wide buffs wtf SE?

I know ps4 cant use DirectX, so is the ps4 version already the max graphic capabilities? Will the pc version suddenly look much better once it's been switched over? I know very little of these things.

I believe the PS family (3 & 4) use a derivative of OpenGL, a DirectX "competitor" that is basically the only option on any non-Microsoft box. OpenGL likely supports most of the things in DX11 (tessellation, model shaders, etc.) now as DX11 itself has been around for quite a while (came with Windows 7 almost 5 years ago.)

We're getting DX12 when Windows 10 hits around this time next year.
