For fucking real, relic step is light farming again. According to some NPC dialogue that was mined, there are twelve items (Mahatma) which will be affixed to the weapon and must be attuned. These are bought with soldiery and done one at a time. Unclear if it'll be nexus style light grinding or if they'll have specific things for building light for each mahatma.

Relic is i135 as expected

It looks like they put a lot of time and energy into chocobo racing and breeding, along with Triple Triad.

Lots of chocobo training items that should make certain gardening/mining/botany extremely valuable for a while

Shitload of glamour gear

Apparently during the "Patch Note Reading" (Yoshi-P does a Japanese live stream during every major patch where he reads out the patch notes and talks about them) Yoshi said that the last Relic step upgrade is designed to be extremely low-stress since we're so close to 3.0 and most people should be able to do it by just doing expert roulette every day for a week or so. He fully expects that some people will have it by tomorrow.

The MP cost of the arcanist actions Ruin and Ruin II has been reduced.

Summoners rejoice?

Yes each Mahatma is just 200 soldiery. If you have more than one zodiac you can buy mahatmas for each one. The mahatmas for each weapon are done one at a time, in order, ie; Mahatma of the ram, mahatma of the maiden, archer, etc so right now for example I can have Ram on my spear and katanas for 200 soldiery each, and get on either job and get lights wheneva, separately for each one, of course.

A guy in west la no just got feeble from a fate, so sounds like exactly the same as before.

Joe was the rider of the black chocobo in FF7. Shows up in races occasionally to wreck your shit.

(Teioh was the Chocobo name.)

Joe was programmed to always have higher stats than your Chocobo, even if you had a Gold one. His stats would still go higher than the cap allowed.

Before patch I was planning to make a Joe-themed chocobo race glamour, basically any DoW "shirt" dyed red (or Hero's i80 monk shirt), a capeline or forager hate dyed black, random white pants, and foestriker boots. Once I saw Joe at the track though, I figured I'd let him keep it. lol

Hey Dead. Thought you might like this picture I found on Reddit:

Appears in R220 class. Supposedly about 10% of the time.
