Then sit and wonder how that shit's supposed to work, and why the flashy new level 60 finishers are so weak. Fuck me.

You can also just click the menu at the top, go to Database, then Actions, then Disciples of War and click your job for a list of all of them, just in case you don't know what your new abilities are.

Apparently Shelltron, the new PLD ability, only has a 30 second recast. There's nothing to indicate that it's actually a shield block (no shield requirement), and it looked like it's own little barrier thing in the benchmark. It really seems like 1.0's Aegis Boon, but that'd be crazy OP in ARR. I just can't imagine that it's a 30 second recast Perfect Dodge, so it's gotta be a shield thing... That said, I get -35% damage on shield block, and you're saying I can guarantee -35% damage on every tank buster attack!?

Also, Clemancy = Holy Succor! It heals yourself when you heal other people! YES. Wait... 1200 Cure Potency!? Cure II is like 650... Oh I guess because PLD MND sucks so bad. Has some pretty interesting stat possibilities though...

EDIT: New PLD DPS combo has 690 total potency, whereas old Halone combo had 610. Not bad.

Shield Swipe gets Enmity+ now, so 210 potency for just 40TP and you can say eff it and go with a dps combo instead of halone, not bad.
