Summary:

• TP bars on party list.
• AST gets major buffs. (Heal potency mostly matches WHM/SCH, and a 60-75 Second Balance!?)
• Gathering favors now 5 minutes but +300% pop rate.
• Off-tank/DPS DRK gets TP usage buff. (Blood Weapon gives -20% TP costs to skills.)
• Some MNK buffs. (Greased Lightning +3% damage and +2 seconds on buff timer)
• Minor MCH buffs. (Quick Reload)

From Reddit:

Quote:
Astro changelog (with some observations):

• Benefic, Benefic 2, Helios potencies equalized with the other healers' equivalent heals. Benefic 1 = Cure 1 = Physick = 400 pot, Benefic 2 = Cure 2 = 650 pot, Helios = Medica = Succor = 300 pot. This is without the 5% Nocturnal Sect bonus calculated. While in Nocturnal Sect, Benefic 1 is 420 potency, Benefic 2 is 682.5 potency, Helios is 315 potency.

• No change to Sects or their passive 5% buffs.

• No changes to Enhanced Benefic 2 proc or Essential Dignity.

• No changes to DPS spells.

• No Cure III equivalent implemented.

• AST party buff is still PIE, regardless of sect.

Diurnal Aspected Benefic total potency increased from 790 to 1030 potency. For reference, this is 20 total potency less than WHM's Regen, and it is now "worth" applying Diurnal Benefic even if a couple ticks will overheal.

Nocturnal Aspected Benefic total potency increased from 525 to 603.75 potency (non-crit and with Sect bonus calculated), compared to a non-crit 600 potency Adlo.

• Diurnal Aspected Helios total HoT potency reduced from 640 to 600, comparative to Medica II's 800. Nocturnal Aspected Helios total potency increased from 294 to 315 (with Nocturnal sect buff calculated, also comparative to Succor's 300). Aspected Helios range has NOT been changed.

• In addition to its old effect, Synastry now also gives 20 seconds of 20% Divine Seal buff. Cooldown reduction from 120 to 90 seconds. Synastry healing is now 40% instead of 50%. For reference, WHM's DS is a 60 sec cooldown with 30% buff that does not grant the additional Synastry effect.

• Celestial Opposition cooldown reduced from 150 > 120 sec.

Balance, Bole, and Arrow are now natively 30 sec. Extending any of these should yield a 60 sec buff; likewise, Time Dilation should still extend each of these by 15 sec.

• Disable is now a 6-second-long Arcanist Virus. For reference, its cooldown is 60 sec compared to an ACN's "true" Virus' 90 sec, and it does not impart an Antibody-like residual debuff.

• Collective is still a channel. However, it now imparts both the HoT and shield effects to people inside it, regardless of the sect you are in. The HoT has been nerfed from 1200 total potency to 750 total potency.

TL;DR

You can spend your Eso on AST and feel good about it now.

Monk needed a little buff. This is good.
