Pulled with Powder Boots. Suprisingly didn't get any links at all. After what seemed like an eternity of kiting up and down the stairs, i got my gem.

Faust is a bit trickier. Similar in that he has AoE, but it is always absorbed by 2-3 shadows. Zip has AoE but it ignores shadows. Eh. Faust requires a balance between merits, enfeeb skill, int, and haste. :| With just haste (spell), Bind recast is 30seconds. Who wants to buy me a speed belt?

I've trioed it before, wasn't too bad. RDM/NIN, NIN/WAR, SMN/WHM. Pulled to porter room with boots (pots don't link), and let the smn go to town. But yeah, solo would be rough. His Magic Light (or something like that) almost one-shotted the nin at one point ><

Genbu would be like Gration though. Kite until it casts, outrange, bind, repeat.

Well Riiari i am working on my RDM merits now, so far i have 2 in wind spells and 1 in ice, now i need to decide if i what spells i want, and if i need to merit my enfeebling up a bit, i cannot say i care to merit my convert recast down, since i have yet to be out of MP when i really need to convert.

LV4 Ice required for Faust. You'll get too many resists with LV1-3. :neutral:

Congratulations, RDM is really overpowered lol. Well we already knew that anyways from watching Avesta over the last couple years. Grats on the Dalm as well. The new refresh body pieces in the update rock and really make me not even want a Dalm anymore lol. Aspi is only there for BB items it seems now. Refresh gear + movement speed gear + DoT + NIN sub = Bio3 Kite NMs to death. Well as long as they don't have rage timers.

Was going to solo it for Barbosa's boomerang, but Lioi was online and we were wanting to go to sky to farm some pop items... so i invited him along and off we went. The pull looked very tricky, but was much easier then i thought. BioII, PoisonII, BlizzardIII. Dead!

Well i actually did all the PHs before Lioi got there. At first i was meleeing them in mostly mage gear with my Joyeuse. ACC was sucking, so i sleep-nuked them. Then i had a really screwy pull and we tele'd out. Came back in and there he was. I pulled and then called in Lioi. \:D/
