Tiamat lost the battle and whats his name tied her head to her tail. Trees grew from her scales and she became earth....and thats about all I remember from that.

So, an alliance of 13 lvl 75 dragoons and 5 mages? Who would have thought dragoon would suddenly become useful. =P

Besides you only need 1 -3 drgs to group with the tank and do circle then disband for the chance to paralyze.

that can help there when drg are known as dragon killer. :)

Drg killer only helps themselves melee, since they probably don't have the accuracy to hit and when they do its probably still for piddly damage you'd be better off with warriors, rangers, samurai, and black mages.

That said there's nothing wrong with Drg, but basing a strategy around them is silly.

So I saw this picture on Shadow-Dragons.com. I first thought it was real. I mean I assumed making a fake picuture like this would be really hard.

Reasons I don think this is real...

1) Why not post a picture of it dead?
2) No explination as to loot or anything like that
3) not details on title er anything
4) person said it was a 12 hour fight. ... 12 hours?! are you insane no who in their right mind would do that!

anyway heres the picture of the hnm before it died. Below that is my fake picture. Now to the posters credit, he is a reliable source. I just wanna point out how easy it is to fake something like this.

I've heard the title for killing this guy is Tiamat Trasher (or Thrasher?) and the only suggestion I've heard for an item drop is the Attacks 2-4 times staff.

This is all hearsay of course.

Someone told me they have a friend who knows what it drops, but they only know the JP names, of course.

Some people certainly have some hint given by a SE insider. Man, I mean the expansion was just released and some people would already know all about it ? Hmmm...

Anyway, the beast looks like a god dam challenge..or suicide wish heh. One of my friends wanted to see more dragons in the game, I'll show him these ss for sure ;)

Yeah that one can fly around. We have fought Fafnir before he flys up but dose an attack then lands but this one stayed up till it killed everyone, one time we tryed to kill it.

So Ive been checking the new spawns over and over. Heres what happend.


Well I found Jormungand. Seems he also found me. Out of no where he turned and stared at me, I thought I was ok at first cause he sat there for like 10 seconds....

Then he darted right at me.

Then this is when panic sets in lol.

Apparently I was strong enough that he had to kill me from the sky and started to really hit me.

OK so I found Vrtra last night with leaks, but for some reason my fraps wasnt working. After just dying to Jormungand I figured it would be best to bring some back up. So I forced Rydall to help me since he was levling his rng skills down there anyway lol.

So we I think I got a little too close, but he he didnt move this time, his head just kinda perked up.... lol I refused to listen to rydall.

OK so Rydall was right... lol we teleported outta there fast. Rydall did manage to shadow bind it.
