I tried to render this with skylighting but after 14+ hours of rendering it only managed to render about 10 lines of pixels.

So o turned it off and smoothed out the crystal a little. I like the results. Garuda really looks like shes sleeping in this kind of prison.

I like this one better than the one that I posted in Reins grats thread.

look at how soft the lighting is and subtle the shading is. Worked out really nice imo. Took 3 hours to render.

try rendering a background for one of the pictures, might look cooler than your polygonal ground, and add a bad ass samurai or something^^

Im playing around now with Raytracing and HDRI. My computer has been rendering a picture for about 5 hours now.
