lololol, more like, what can't war use? Jesus, can use like every weapon except Katana, and GKT.

But you're right, Ambrosia+Osode+This hat = Good luck random WS modifier

+24 to every stat... wowz

I think it's kinda funny how the hat doesn't even have any defense. Not that it matters to most melees, but still.

For the most part that hat pretty much sucks. There are thing that are pretty close or better for like every job in the game.
War= Heca cap
Mnk= O hat or or Shura head
Thf= Heca or af2
Rng= Wyvren helm or o hat
Brd = Opo-Opo crown
Drk = Heca cap
Nin = Maybe for ws
Sam= Maybe for ws but can use wyvren helm

So i guess if you wanna be l33t you can get one but there are reasonable options except for nin who dont really need to put out big #'s anyway.
