My flight home landed 40 minutes early, I met up with my brother at Penn station, told him the stops my train would make to my mom's house. He called her and told her the heat in his apartment building was out and he needed to come spend the night. I updated him on current stops so he'd know what to say if she called/texted for eta. I got off the train and jumped in her car at the station. She had no idea I was coming, she looked like her brain had melted. Good times. Went and got a steak dinner, bought some dvds (Jurassic Park, The Thing, Godfather trilogy, silence of the lambs). Went out with my sister last night. Now dead in the heart of the TBS Christmas Story marathon. |
