I plugged:
Main power, the big one, to the motherboard
Another 12V little one to motherboard
One to CD/DVD drive
One to hard drive
One to graphics card (red, big one)

All the fans plug into the motherboard
The CD/DVD and the hard drive plug into motherboard

Getting multiple beeps during POST ?
If so - how many and what pattern.
e.g 1 long beep, 2 short beeps Or 1 long repeat beep

Also - what is your BIOS (phoenix, ami, etc)

No beeps, no sounds, no lights, no life at all

I double checked the power plug
I tried unplugging and replugging
I tried turning the switch on the power supply

I opened up the case. It looks like the CD/DVD plug came loose but that wouldnt explain the computer not turning on.

Just try to power on the machine with just the power supply and cpu components powered
Should boot, then hear beeps (indicating no ram)
If boots and you hear multiple beeps, power off, put in ram slots
Should boot, and hear beeps (because no gpu)
Power off and put in video card
Should be able to boot see display on monitor and then it'll go into no MBR/boot drive
power off and attach hard ddrive
etc etc etc

Replugging in the CD/DVD worked, strangely enough
