Rick Remender's work on his first and second runs of Uncanny X-Force deals a ton with Apocalypse and the AoA universe. It's pretty cool, you should check it out of you're into that era.

been wanting to read some of the newer AoA stuff mainly the prequals. not sure if a hardcover of them is available havent really looked lol. stopped looking after Civil War stuff.

Everything for AoA is collected, there is a giant hardcover for it. My favorite Marvel crossovers have been DARK REIGN and AVENGERS VS X-MEN.

But really Uncanny X-Force really is probably the best individual book that's been put out by the company in recent memory.
