I just watched "I Am."
So good. It was recently added to Canadian Netflix. If you are at all interested in intellectual, spiritual and enlightening kinds of shit, you should watch it.

And if you prefer a more "rugged" documentary, check out Surviving Alone in Alaska... though it really isn't "alone", just a guy and his wife living in the middle of nowhere. The most interesting part is how normal they are.

A letter to Zachery was crazy sad and interesting. Every person I got to watched it loved it.

Look... I had a visit from my conscious. He said, "Look, you're known for being a smart ass, but you've been away for a long time, so people might take it the wrong way."

I remember you helping me out with a lot of FFXI quests back in the day just to be nice. I didn't take any offense, I knew you were joking. 8)

Helping just to be nice? Never happened.

And it's only partially about you. Anyone can take shit the wrong way, and think they have just as much to defend as the person they think they're defending.

Also "Fallen from Grace" was crazy good too. and "Cropsey" oh and a really awesome one was "Who the F@#k is Jackson Pollock". I was really surprised with those ones.

I thought "Chasing Ice" was pretty rad. Really great pictures of receding glaciers and junk.

Not such a "grand" documentary compared to the ones posted, but I think a lot of people here would like it.

The last several years I've been practicing and playing fighting games with the aspiration of being a professional player. I've ranked well at state wide tournaments and competed at the worlds largest tournament, Evolution, last year in 2012, was even a company sponsored player for a short time.

This documentary is about the now well renowned player Mike Ross, and gives a close look at what it's like being a professional gamer, or a person like myself who is working to become a full time pro gamer.
